RECYCLING OF FERROUS METALS

BALSER STEEL recycles ferrous metals namely: iron, cast iron and the various categories of steels (stainless, refractory, special etc.)

After an analysis quality and a sorting according to their composition, ferrous metals are compacted, torch cut, sheared or crushed.

With its powerful industrial tools, shredder shredders and shear presses, BALSER STEEL prepares scraps to produce materials answering high quality standards: elimination of the impurities, the respect for the specifications and the calibration of lots. The valued materials are mainly intended for the electric steelworks, foundries and converters.

RECYCLING OF NON-FERROUS METALS

Non-ferrous metals are recyclable in the infinity, BALSER STEEL recyle the copper, the lead, the zinc … etc.

Through its industrial processes, BALSER STEEL allows to extract raw materials, corresponding to the quality standards required by the regulations and the target consumers, BALSER STEEL masters the sector of non-ferrous metals since the collection of waste to trade of recycled raw materials.

PLASTIC RECYCLING

One ton of recycled plastic art allows to save 830 liters of oil, there are five major families of recyclable plastic: the polyvinyl chloride (PVC), the polyethylene (PE), the polystyrene (PS), the polyethylene terephtalate (FART) and the polypropylene (PP).

Once collected, the waste of plastic packaging is sorted out by family of plastic and put in ball, then forwarded in a processing plant to be prewashed then there again sorted out.

Waste is is then ground into flakes, then washed, rinsed, pressed, dried and sieved and regenerated, to obtaining of granules.
